This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by ESGenious at any time.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
